How does it Work?
Customising your UI
To customise your end user-facing UI, we offer you an out-of-the-box solution based on the Material UI framework. We set up your user journey together with you, and we style it for you based on your style guide or on the look and feel of your website.
If you prefer to develop your own UI, you can instead integrate with our platform based on the various APIs.
Multi-branding
OneWelcome supports multi-branding, with brands within the same segment utilising the same identity infrastructure. This enables you to customise the look and feel as well as the user journey of each of your brands separately.
How to Design your User Journeys?
The series of steps that a user has to go through to reach their goal is called a user journey. Common examples are the registration, login and forgot password flows. The content of these flows, ranging from titles and descriptions to which user input is requested and which login options are supported, is fully customisable. We advise and work together with you to develop a user journey tailored to your organisation. Various other aspects, ranging from your text’s tone of voice to the titles of your browser tabs, are also to be determined during this design process.

Look and Feel
The page layout of our UI framework is mostly fixed, but the style of the different UI elements can be adapted to fit with the look and feel of your brand.
Behind-the-scenes UI Elements
Your SSL certificates are added to the webpages and a tag manager can be included.
Email Templates
At various stages of a user journey, an email can automatically be sent to inform the user or to ask their confirmation (e.g. password reset). The HTML templates for these scenarios are fully customisable.
