The Users section of RITM allows you to:
Monitor users and requests
Get an overview of all users belonging to an organisation and the requests submitted by them.
Through:
- Full list of users (including metadata) and their status
- User filtering and search capabilities
- Role requests management

Manage users' accounts
Manage and assist users with account or entitlements-related issues.
Through:
- Profile data management (including personal data)
- User data download
- Account administration (e.g. activation, blocking, deletion)
- Password reset
- Email address and phone verification
- Management of user roles, including the assignment of time-based roles
- Assignment of applications to users through access roles
- Assignment of users to groups
- Accept/ deny access requests
- Managed identities overview
Perform mass actions
Efficiently manage large volumes of users, groups, roles, rules or attribute changes.
Through:
- Bulk import. Import a large amount of users into the system using a .csv file
- Mass updates. Allow you to apply role, group or attribute value changes for a selection of users

To better cater business needs, the Data and Access sections of the platform allows customisation of:
- Attributes
- Attribute categories
- Event triggered rules. These are event based rules that allows a company to change users' attributes, groups or roles based on specific events related to users' accounts.
